Welcome to Viva Villa Cottage Resort on beautiful Manitoulin Island. Viva Villa boasts four fully-featured lakefront cottages nestled amongst five acres of beautifully treed property that stretches along the eastern shores of spring-fed Lake Kagawong.
Our largest cottage,
The Doe, is a 3-bedroom beauty which features a large open living room with a beautiful pine raised ceiling. The private deck offers natural tree shading, and an unobstructed view of the lake; only 10 feet away. It offers a propane barbeque, full kitchen including microwave, fridge and stove, wood fireplace, satellite TV, 3 piece bath, and a large private deck and picnic table.
The Fawn is a 3 bedroom cottage directly overlooking the lake. This picture was taken standing by the sand beach just in front of the cottage. The Fawn is fully equipped with microwave, fridge and stove, propane barbecue, large deck, wood fireplace, satellite TV, picnic table and 3 piece bathroom.
The Beaver is a 2 bedroom cottage with large sundeck. A large grassed area between the Beaver and the lake is the perfect spot to keep an eye on the kids, or to read that book you've been meaning to get around to. This cottage offers a propane barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove, a wood fireplace, satellite TV, a picnic table, lawn furniture and a 3 piece bathroom.
The Palace is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage perfect for a couple or a family with up to 2 smaller children .
The Palace features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and stove, a wood fireplace, satellite TV, a propane barbecue, 3 piece bathroom and a deck overlooking our creek. The sand beach is about 80 feet in front of the cottage.
