Pet Policy:
We welcome you and your pet and hope you enjoy your stay. There is a $10/night cleaning fee, maximum 2 pets per suite. Pets must not disturb other guests and owners are responsible for any damage. Pets must be on leash and under control at all times. **Please ask us for a copy of our complete pet policy and registration form.**

Services and Amenities:In order to ensure your comfort and convenience during your stay with us we offer the following standard amenities in all of our suites.
Complete Kitchens including the following: refrigerator, dishes, stove/oven, cutlery, microwave, pots & frying pan, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea.
Other in-suite amenities: cable television with remote, voice mail messaging, pay per view movies, wireless high speed interent, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, full length mirror, bathroom toiletries, and video check-out.

Attractions: We are located in downtown Winnipeg close to the MTS Centre and Convention Centre, the Forks Market, Concert Hall, Manitoba Musuem of Man and Nature many other attractions.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify our reservation staff by 4:00 pm on your first date of arrival. Cancellations received after that time will be subject to a charge of first nights room and tax being charged to your credit card.
